Some are pulled from companies' own official application systems, and some are added by our team. We can't guarantee every listing is current, so always confirm on the employer's own site before you apply.

Yes. Add any role at any stage — you're not limited to what's in the catalog.

Do you support international students or visa sponsorship?

Yes. Some catalog listings are open to students who'll need visa sponsorship. And regardless of visa status, the core of Upwind — tracking your applications, deadlines, and next steps — is fully available to every student.

What if my school doesn't have a partner club?

You can still use Upwind. A partner club adds a few extras, like a cobranded page for your members, but signing up never requires one.

Recruiting timelines genuinely differ by field — investment banking closes in the fall, software engineering in the fall and winter, federal programs in January. It shows where each of your tracks actually stands, today.

Who can see my applications, notes, and files?

Only you. Not other students, not club officers, not employers — unless you choose to apply.

No. And employers never see your activity before you choose to apply.

If I join through my club, what can officers see?

Aggregate numbers about the club as a whole — never your individual applications, your name tied to activity, or your files. Small groups show as ranges rather than exact counts, specifically so no one can be singled out.

Can I delete my account and data?
